This research explores the application of technology-enhanced learning (TEL) in high school speaking lessons, focusing on the integration of PowerPoint and Padlet to foster interactive and effective teaching. It investigates the role of technology in improving student engagement, supporting feedback mechanisms, and aligning with defined lesson objectives. By leveraging these tools, the study aims to enhance oral communication skills and critical thinking among students. PowerPoint is used for creating visually stimulating presentations, while Padlet serves as a collaborative platform for peer interaction and sharing ideas. The research highlights the strengths of this technology integration, such as interactivity and clear lesson objectives, but also acknowledges areas needing improvement, particularly in the implementation of assessment and feedback mechanisms. Suggestions for enhancing interactivity and expanding the variety of speaking activities are provided. This study reinforces the importance of adopting innovative teaching methods that incorporate technology, viewing it not just as an auxiliary tool, but as a central component of modern education. The findings promote ongoing innovation in lesson design and delivery, with an emphasis on the continuous improvement of teaching strategies to meet the evolving needs of students in a technologically driven educational landscape. Through these findings, the research advocates for TEL as a fundamental enabler of effective high school speaking lessons.
